The concept of the site, including layout, logo and database remain the property of The Kussin Collection Inc., “the Gallery.” Information, photographs and documents on the site remain the sole property of the Gallery. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute and/or sell the information without the expressed written authorization from the Gallery. The copyright of the photography belongs to Paul McCarthy.Property rights in the purchases will not vest in the Buyer until payment has been fully cleared.
The Gallery will crate, insure and ship purchases worldwide. These costs and all applicable taxes are for the Buyers account.
Under our return policy, you may return any item at any time for any reason and receive a 50% refund of the item’s original price. Shipping costs are for the buyer’s account and the item must arrive in the same condition it was sent.
